FAQ

Rafter Runners come in 25.5″x22.5″ (12.3″ tall) sections that are specifically designed to work perfectly with 24″o.c. joists/trusses. They can be installed perpendicular to joists (with the mounting tabs bent out) and also parallel to the joists (with the tabs not bent out). Each Runner can be installed in seconds in either the perpendicular or parallel configuration.
Intersections can be created by cutting and overlapping the Rafter Runners at the desired angle.

The end can be closed off using compatible end caps or by sealing with appropriate materials like expanding foam as needed.

Various types of fasteners can be used depending on the installation environment; however, T50 staples with min. 9/16” legs or bigger are recommended.

Rafter Runners are tested to withstand up to 15psf of insulation at 200˚F; however, they can withstand much more weight.
